I'm just going to say this outright: one of by boobs are bigger than the other. Significantly bigger (in my opinion, maybe a full cup).
Yes, I know that this is a completely normal occurrence. However, is there a possible solution? Should I get plastic surgery done?
Ladies, tell me your experience with this situation and your outcome. Gentlemen, if you have been with partners with this condition, did you mind at all? Would you suggest physical alteration?
I would really appreciate serious input.

Just for insurance for those who are going to answer for the sake of goofing off: EMPHASIS on SERIOUS, WELL THOUGHT OUT ANSWERS!

Actually, my main complaints about my "condition" is that my bras are extremely uncomfortable on me because they don't fit quite right and that I'm a little unsure of what my partner will think of me.

It is totally normal, and because of that there are ways you can even things out. Go to a good boutique that specializes in bras. Not your local department store or anything, but a specialty shop. They will be able to fit you with a proper bra that will make the difference unnoticable. Unfortunatley, it won;t help when you take the bra off though.
If you find that the difference really bothers you, then save up for surgery. If it's something you really want then go for it. Make sure you pick a good surgeon who can make it look natural (many implants just look obviously fake). Or get one reduced (although the scarring from reductions is often extensive) There are a lot of risks invoved in any surgery, so make sure you think it through for a long time and decide if it's worth it to you.
I don't think many guys care too much if one is bigger than the other. If they did, I would wonder if I wanted to be with such a superficial guy. It's probably a lot worse in your mind than in reality (we're all like that about our bodies).

I know how you feel trust me!!! Mine are two different sizes too and sometimes it makes me feel bad about myself. Mine are SO small that it's not as noticeable. I've seen girls ( I was in the army) that would have one b cup and one d cup size. THAT was noticeable. BUT I really don't even think it looks that bad. I wouldn't care if I was a guy. I have size AA, so if your breasts are any bigger than that, just be happy that you have a bigger bust, because I have small little boobs and it's sorta irritating heheh. I'm sure you're just adoreable.
The only thing I would suggest is to maybe exercise because sometimes that'll balance out your hormones and honestly, mine actually got more even after I started working out more often. You might wanna try that, and do sufficient cardio.
Good luck sweetie!

You'd be amazed at how comman this problem is! How old are you? because if you're still a kid (under 18) then there's nothing to worry about as you grow it will even out by itself, I guess sometimes when growth spurts occur one boob can grow faster then the other. If you're an adult then you may want to discuss this with you're G.P just in case though I'm sure everything's fine! Good luck!

honestly be proud of who you are! if you think it's weird then stuff one bra cup to make it less obvious! the worst thing you could do is surgery! the only reason you think it'sTHAT noticeable is because you think about it too much! if a guy doesn't want you for who you are then screw them! i know you HAVE to have more to you then just that! like i said! don't be embarassed about it! i have a friend that is like that...and i'll tell you.....she has had so many really hot guys! lol....but honestly...DO NOT go thro surgery for it! it's nothing big.... you need not worry about it! ^_^

Its not all that uncommon stay away from lined bras, they are the most uncomfortable, buy all cotton, they won't be as uncomfortable. I would talk to a dr. and get his advice before considering anything extreme.

Don't get plastic surgery. You're most likely the only one who will notice. Just about everyone is asymmetrical. Guys won't notice unless you're a nude model or a pornstar.

You can use pad and silicone tricks to make it appear larger or you can go for a surgery.
I advise the former.
Meet a fashion and clothing expert.... maybe your nearby boutique can help you.
