Please tell your parents and let them get you some help. It does not make you a bad person.
If you want to go back to this when you get older, you can. But you might give yourself a chance now to find out why you need to do this, and heal your mind and heart as well as your body. The desire to cut may not go away totally or forever. But, given a chance, it may.
This might sound strange, but you are not alone, and a lot of adults pay to have cuttings, or do them for other reasons. It is not bad. It can be unsafe though. You can damage nerves or bleed too much, or get an infection.
Angelina Jolie was a cutter too.

I recommend a therapist, but in the meantime buy a bunch of rubber bands, and any time you feel like cutting, just snap your wrist instead. It's not that much better, but it's a lot more helpful.
