I have these friends problems REALLY often so, did she invite you? if she didnt you should pick a good time (like if you invite her somewhere after the party) and tell her how you feel and you can still be nice to her and sooner or later she will realize, at least that is what i would do.
GOOD LUCK!

Well obviously your friend does not think the same way you do of her...to her you are not as important and by choosing someone else to be with she is trying to get you to realize this without coming out and saying it to your face to hurt you worse.
Find yourself some new friends and let her do her own thing, maybe someday she will realize what she lost and come back, and then again, maybe she wont..

Sounds as if you may need to make your own New Year`s Eve plans.

nothing can be said. I'm sure it's just a phase she is going through. let her think it's fun even without her and before long...she will come crawling back to you! then you can get the answers you need...

go make a new friend and have as much fun as possible. if you end up having a crappy night the lie and act like your night was better than your friend's night. just to get back at them.

Just let her go. She will learn who her real friends are and if she doesn't then she was never as good a friend as you all thought she was.

just let her do her own thing. be supportive and don't come across as upset, she will appreciate it later on in life. let her know that she will be missed but no guilt trips. guilt trips will only worsen the situation. she should have fun too, you know?
