I wish I could help, but without more specific information, such as the last communication you had about your money, I would not know where to start telling you to ask for help. Sorry.

Im wondering if he revieved a scam email that was sent to me not so long ago saying that i won some money on the lottery.they give you a contact number and when you contact them they ask you for the reference number they give you in the email and then ask you for a small fee for administration costs and bank costs for the transfer.Obviously hes now realised that hes not getting anything and wants his money back. The email i recieved was from UK NATIONAL LOTTERY and theres alot of postings about it on the net.If you read his other postings you might think im right.
Heres the email..http://www.urgentmessage.org/highlyconfidential/_l2407.html

Your money has been stolen.
You may not be able to correct it.
You need to show your certificate and the details of your money transfer to the police.
You need to talk to the bank to see if you can reverse the transaction.
You need to send a copy of your email certificate to your internet provider - see if they can trace it back to source.
In future, DO NOT send money or personal information - ESPECIALLY bank account information to anyone over the Internet.
