We have a misuse of computer act that is so broad they can charge you anything with it. This is how the system work to keep rulers in control. So if you use youtube to publish sedtitious materials (any thing that is likely to offend any major religion), watch any porn, forward any things that is libel etc., the poodles can come after you with a sledgehammer.
