It depends on whether or not you are alone. Alone - turn on a good movie or some good music, and let yourself fall asleep to whichever you choose. Not alone - you could still do one of those two things, or you could lay down together, and talk about whatever crosses your mind, until you fall asleep. I've done all three, but for some reason the last is my favorite. It's feels as if we're each more attentive than usual at that moment, because there are no other distractions, and it's kind of nice. At any rate, pleasant dreams!
