what if you did a crime but you had a damn good defence?? Let's say you did not hurt anybody but maybe some of their things being that they hurt somebody you loved? Is it worth fighting for??

Well, I hope your defense is better than that. A person does not have the right to damage another’s property, even if that person hurt someone that you love. How did they hurt them? If they physically hurt them, then that should have been reported to the police.

Usually people who are fighting for someone they love who has been hurt will go to great lenghts to do so. Just ask yourself is it really worth it. Time and counseling heal all wonds. Jail time can be for life. What good are you to the person then if you are in jail. Just because you consider it a good defense doesn't mean the jury will and doesn't mean you won't get jail time.

you have to weigh the consequences of getting caught and convicted against your need for revenge. How much are you willing to give up for revenge? Defending a loved one doesn't have to mean inflicting pain on someone else. Consider some alternatives and what kinds of things could follow the choices you make.
