Looking for song by Dr. Hook and the Medicine Show?

This was a great/awful song and I really need to find the title so I can share it with friends. The line I remember most is from the female perspective and she says "when I am lying on the floor bleeding, just step right over me and keep going." The entire song was a woman accepting and asking to be degraded. I am a woman and do not know why I like this song - maybe because it was degrading to the point of being ridiculous, so the sarcasm was felt. I recall hearing this in the late 70's.

Anyway, if you know this song, please tell me the tile. It keeps me up at night.

Positive! It also says something about her going to jail for him, her bringing him other girls as gifts, etc.

Friend finally found it for me! Title is, " I call that True Love" It is wonderfully awful - check it out!

This is strange. I'm a big Dr. Hook fan and don't recall any song like this. They had some strange ones, but this one I don't recall. Will keep looking to see if someone comes up with the title.

Dr. Hook and the drugs teach released some surprising music................besides as some actual dreck. regrettably they mixed the efficient us of a-rock ballads like Sylvia, carry Me Carrie, Ballad of Lucy Jordan and that i can't touch The solar For You, with their pop novelty risque 2 step jokey crap. they might desire to have made seperate albums of each style. luckily there is an Australian compilation of 10 of their superb vocal team spirit songs talked approximately as purely "Sylvia's mom". I extremely have a short DVD of them enjoying a television teach in Germany approximately 25-30 years in the past. The music is "exciting" yet they're all stoned or inebriated to a point that they won't often arise.
