I think capital punishments should not be given under any circumstances... God has given us this life and he only has the right to take it. Atleast we have to give the accused a chance to live his life in this world as a better person...i strongly condemn capital punishment.. I am not particularly raising this due to saddams execution. he is a dictator so he is accountable for his crimes, but also is capital punishment will be an END for all crimes???

We are to live under the laws of the country we live. If capital punishment is the punishment for a crime so be it. Render unto Ceasrs what is Ceasars and unto God what is God's. Bibically, this life is not the end.

As far as capital punishment. I guess you'd prefer to let murders and terrorists live the rest of their lives, in prisons and let my tax money pay for them to live. I don't think so. Especially since all of a sudden, prisoners have rights. Funny, I thought those were taken away from you when you did something to cause yourself to go to jail.

There are some crimes that are just unthinkable and allow for the convicted to not live in socitey again. There should be capital punishment and we should clean all the backlog out of the prisons by executing every day until it is caught up. Then make it a maximum 2 years on appeals and then you go.

Capital punishment does not appear to end violent crime. When the state kills it seems to sent the message that it is rignt to do so.

Say you have kids. Say one of your kids was kidnapped. Say you initiated a nationwide manhunt. Say the police finally found your kid. Say your kid was sexually assaulted, killed and dismembered. Still opposed to capital punishment? Didn't think so. Go hug somebody else's tree.
