once, unless i'm hiking, then i'll just rinse them in the stream/river at night and hang them off my pack to dry. Usually carry 2-3 pairs, depending on length of hike. Sometimes i'll get home from work and a few hours later i'll havev to go out and do another job, then i may just throw on the pair i was wearing during the day, but thats cause i'm in a hurry!!

Socks are like underwear.
I change them everyday* unless I have a reason to do so more often (like if my socks got wet in a snowfight).

* Also unless I stay over at someone's house in an unplanned way. Then I'll put them back on for the next day. ;o)

Up to and not to exceed 4 times. It depends though, like if I'm not doing anything strenuous that could cause possible foot odor, then like four days in a row, but if I have to work or walk around somewhere with my shoes off, then only once.

Depends why I took them off. Once if I worked out, twice if I ran out and had clean feet or maybe three times if I only tried them on.

One if I have worn them with shoes and out of the house maybe 2 or 3 if I have not put shoes on with them and only worn them in the house or with slippers
