get garnishment for his pay cheques from the court, that way you'll not have to keep hopping over to the court.

I am going to guess that you mean child support and not maintenance? Since typically mainteneance goes for the ex-spouse.

Is there a court order for support? If there is your ex does not have say in the matter unless he petitions the court to lower his support.

You can go through Child Support Enforcement to collect your support for your children. Seek the advice of an attorney. If there is no court order...you should look into getting one.

Make it so the payment is routed through the court...that way he has to pay!

Good luck!

If the amount your ex-spouse was set by the court system, then my recommendation would be to contact Child Support Enforcement and tell them your situation. Alot of times they have the support taken directly out his paycheck, that way you don't have to rely on him to pay it regularly. You can usually find your local agency through your local Dept. of Social Services. The amounts differ from state to state and each individual situation. Talk to an attorney regarding the amounts, the court system usually sets the amount. You can request a certain amount, but that doesn't mean that you will get it.

Sorry I think there is no better solution other than going to the family Court. The next alternative is that you start to look for jobs and support yourself as well as the kids.

If he does not pay, tehn keep the kids away from him. If you have been through the court system and he does not pay have him arrested. I can almost guarantee if he goes to jail a time or two and spends the night with "BRUCY WOOSY" He will pay. Good Luck

Some states will take away a person's D.L. if they're behind on their child support. Check with your state and then report the person.

depends on many factors but if you have gone to court about it then all you can do is go to child support registry and report him and look up child support calculator on the web for your country and/or state.
