make you change?

You got it in one, my friend. The 'let' and the 'make'. It's always a choice. There is no 'make'... no one can 'make' us change. Conscious or unconscious, I truly believe that everyone we let into our lives changes and influences us after some fashion. (Thanks for the *hugs* by the way... see what I mean?)

You can change your way of thinking, but one cannot change who they are. An anonymous person can and will have an effect on another if they allow themselves the mindset to do so, without being manipulative. It's called compassion and there's a lack of spiritual connections to reflect a relationship in this matter- once it is found, then nothing stops you. That's not a dream, at least not to me- with all my studies and everything I learned in life, I think it is safe to say that change is always a crutch but has its purposes- whether good or bad and how one uses that.

Sure, sometimes I read those little paragraph long snippets at the bottom of magazine pages that say anonymous instead of an author's name. If one applies to my life or makes sense, I try to "use" it.

Humans aren't that influential to me. But, mostly anonymous trees have caused considerable change, more so, probably, if I were not to resist so much. They have presumptions about humans, that's for sure, about how we should pay more attention to what they mean. And, they have rather singular notions, and, my being is simply too complex for their straightforward influences. They mean well, though, and maybe I would not be so needlessly complex if I allowed them to influence me more often.

Anonymous? Not really. But sometimes a complete stranger can do something that restores your faith and makes it possible for you to keep your chin up. In a way, that changes you.

Change for the phone, all the time. ;o)

Change for the better? Hmmm.....
Lots of times, in little ways. Like the people I talk to in cyberspace.

In a really big, significant way? Not sure. I'd hav to think about that.

Yes. This is an extremely cool phenomenon, reflecting the type of open mind that makes life worth living.

Anonymous? Interesting question, but I'm not getting it for some reason.

I don't really know. I think you have to want to change, before you can be influenced by someone else, and they have to have good timing!

Normally I ask for a name first, THEN I change.
