This would depend on where one lives, if one smokes, etc.

I can tell you that I I picked major black soot-buggers (bad pollution from cars, etc) out of my nose when I was in Athens Greece, and that I have no soot-buggers when I am spending time in mountains.

If one smokes, then the lungs would be full of the tars that are byproducts of smoke.

If one eats lots of veggies (grow in dirt...hard to completely wash off), smokes and lives in a very polluted environment, it may be possible to have one pound of dirt inside body.

It depends how old you are. If you only weigh two or three pounds when you die, for example, then it would be quite hard to have that much dirt.
