Ladies, does your period interfere with your sexual relationship? It seems like it would be a problem in a relationship with two females?

Noooooooo. Females aren't as picky as guys about everything that's going on down there ;) Women are usually more excitable during their period I've always thought, more sensitive, at least.
Also, lots of times, women who are close to each other or live together get theirs around the same time.

I think we just deal with it. We know that our periods are crazy and we never know when we are going to get them. We have a general rule of when we feel up to it we just play with the outside so as not to interfere with the tampon.

I guess we kinda know when it is coming because of our pms. If we are both due at the same time it can get a bit nasty - not nasty - just not our pleasant considerate selves.

I know my hetro friends just go for it when they have theirs. The guys don't seem to care. I think we have a better understanding of each other. We know the first few days we get the pains and can't think of anything but panadol. We also know how pleasure can ease the pain if we do happen to get horny during it.

I'm sure it would be a problem between a male and female as well.
Two females should probably work out a schedule that fits their...erm, monthly cycle. BEFORE you get sexually active and then that gets in the way...I'd imagine it would really ruin the mood.

It doesn't for me. Many people see it as dirty but it depends on the intimacy of the relationship. Dependent upon what sexual activity you do it shouldn't have any effect.

I'm not an expert but just from living with family members of the same gender I would think they would be come sync. Wouldn't be too much of a problem like one would think. Happy New Year

When my wife has her period, it has absolutely no effect on our sex life, in fact, I think it even enhances it a little more, especially with the extra natural lube. It even helps releave her cramps when she has an orgasm.

Well if bloating, cramps, discharge, headaches, and moodiness is what you are talking about then yes it does get in the way for about five days each month.
