Sometimes some Makeup is bad for some kinds of skin, like sensitive skin. Try to stop using the makeup and dont apply any foundation to try to make it look like its gone.Use lotions and creams that have herbs in them to make the rash go away.Tell a pharmacist, and ask what kind of cream or lotion is right for it to go away in case i'm wrong. Pretty soon you can start using a different makeup~

if it is only on one side of your mouth and it is still there after an week and you have stopped using the makeup, it could be something else.
the 1st question is, are you using anything else different, a new toothpaste, shampoo, soap, even laundry soap.
try some 1% over the counter cortisone cream.
if it doesn't go away in a week, go to a doctor. it could be a type of eczema, fungus, or a virus.
don't kiss any body til you find out what you have.

Don't use that makeup anymore.Throw it away and buy a
new make up (always buy makeup that is sealed in a
\container.If you are brave you can add a drop of cluorine
bleach and then shake the bottle vigorously.Let it sit for awhile.
Because the possibility you "makeup" is ,was, has,or is now,
or could be contaminated with germs. You unknowingly
cross contaminated ..There is always that possibility.
Or maybe you need to shop in the " Hyoaergenetic isle.
Make up that is oil free, Allergy safe and all natural.'
Make sure your make up always comes in a sealed plastic or container
