Only because we don't really know what's on the other side and we do know what's on this side. This side has problems and difficulties we must deal with and in our minds, the other side is perfect. That is until we actually get there and learn it's just as bad as the side we just left if not worse. From there we think about another side we haven't visited yet so it must be so very much greener than where we are once again. i.e. "The grass is always greener on the other side."

well because its human tendency to not appreciate what he has but look for stuffs he doesn't have n likes stuffs which others have..that's y we feel the grass is greener on the other side..but if we look properly maybe the answer changes..try it out urself..look into u n see what all good qualities n talents n stuffs u have that maybe no one else has coz everyone is unique
