If you are on net then how do you come to know that he/she is trying to fool you around?

just ask lot of questions from that person regarding the matter you think he/she z lying about , if he's lying he'll surely stumble somewhere.

if their palms are sweating and their eyebrows turn upside down and i woke up in a car by something corporate and their heart starts beating faster and faster and then they have a quirky smile to the left to the left and they start turning around every now and then i get a little bit more RED

it all depends on you because it depends on how much and how well you know that person. i know sometimes we can be wrong but it's wise to doubt 50 % and to believe 50%. Whatever you do , remember one thing, always be ready for what you never have expected so that you will never have any problem.

if its a true friend they wouldnt llie or try to dupe you. pay attention to your instincts. it doesnt hurt to listen to the tone of voice and watch the body language too.
