I work as a remote agent from home for a real company. I had to work in the office before being allowed to move cross country and keep my job though. I dont know of any that just hire you and let you work from home straight away.

Total SCAM. Legit lotteries NEVER notify winners by e-mail.
You buy a ticket, check your numbers, and file a claim where you bought the ticket with legit lotteries.

It is spam. No one is going to send you a prize notification over email. That will come in actual mail or by a currier.

Do not listen to it.
It is merely spam. Don't let it turn into a successful phishing hike.

If it is too good to be true, IT IS. I could throw out 10-12 more sayings like that to convince you. It's a scam, flat out.
