A peach colored blush and lip stick would look good with your hair color. There are also bronze colored facial powders that would give some sparks to your fair skin. Stay in the light warm color range, please do not use pink with your red highlights in your hear. Wear warm pastel colored clothing to emphasize your skin tone.

Fair skin is beautiful.
You don't want to over do with make up specially using the wrong colors and shades. Make sure your face is clean before applying any make up. Here are some suggestions for glowing skin.
1. Try experimenting with tinted face lotions/moisturizers. Those which will act as double duty to both moisturizing and releasing some color. Some foundations do contain tints. if you are into using foundation try one with a tint.
2. Bronze rs are nice but don't over do it. If you do use them apply
to face and neck area both.
3. Shimmer is good. If you are using shimmer eye shadow go
a little less shiny on the lips and cheeks and vice-versa.
4. Fake and Bake will only go so far. After a while it looks old
and outdated. I suggest staying away from tanning beds for
a while. a change is good sometimes.
Have fun experimenting with colors.

I have fair skin as well. It took me a long time to appreciate having fair skin, but now I wouldn't trade it for anything. The most important thing to know is to stop tanning - you are putting your health at risk. It takes decades for tanning to rear its ugly head - skin cancer and wrinkles take time, but they do show up at some point.
Embrace your fair skin - it's something to brag about actually. You will look younger, longer. Use light makeup. I usually wear a tiny bit of concealer, a quick brush of the blush, eye liner on the upper lid only and mascara - a 2 minute routine. If I am going somewhere special, I put on a little bit of lip gloss. The trick is to use just a little bit of anything you use.
You should look good in metallic lavender or a tiny bit of smoky eye shadow. Brown or black mascara, lightest rose blush and any color gloss.
The good thing about being fair, is not having to wear makeup at all and still look great! We are able to pull off that natural look, better than anyone else!

Please stop tanning! I know many girls that go tanning because they hate how theyre so fair and they turn out looking orange! I think fair skin is beautiful because it looks very smooth, clean, and it has a beautiful glow to it.. I used to complain all the time that "omg i wish i was tanner!" and now I love having fair skin. Appreciate it and for the makeup, light rosy cheeks with light natural or pink eyeshadow and pink lipgloss is nice. Try experimenting whatever you decide and however you feel comfortable!

This might sound crazy but go to ethnic mall for your question. Lot of fair skin ppl are doing this now to learn how to balance colors with makeup; hair color. I enjoy fair skin complexion when the tones are even and the skin is creamed, (shine-glow etc.)
Additional info: Fair skin ppl abuse makeup badly. I'll leave the rest along.

Fair skin is not always the same shade of fair skin. I have fair skin, blonde hair and blue eyes, but I look horrible in greens and yellow toned makeups.
Honestly, I would try pale shimmery colors. Find something that kinda looks like the powder off of a moth's wings.
Look for "Moonlight" or some obnoxious color like that.
You use that as an eyeshadow highlight. Try for warm pinks for blush and a medium color for eyeshadow. (It adds continuity to your face to use the same/similer colors for eyeshadow and blush.)
For shading on eyes, go with rosy browns... Lipsticks are best on the rosy side, but please don't go bright pink.
With the red highlights in your hair, a green (true green) might not look too bad on your eyes.
And don't use pure black mascara. Go with a medium to dark brown.

Blondes always look good in navy or other shades of blue. With fair skin, you should avoid white and choose cream instead.
Most of all, just be happy with the skin you have and don't worry about the fact that most of our nation wants to be darker and tan. God made you that way because He knows it is beautiful to Him, and you should be proud. Or feel better by visiting Scotland or Ireland, where most of the country looks just like you (and me). :)

fair skin is lovely, you can use a little peachy blush and natural (taupe or tan) eyeshadow. understated is always better than too much.
go to the cosmetics counters at the department stores at the mall and let them suggest colors for you. don't let them pressure you into buying and also make sure that they use clean, unused applicators .
cosmeticscop. com is a great site to learn what the best cosmetics and skin care products for you to use and will suggest drug store brands as good or better than the expensive ones.
good for you for giving up tanning. so don't forget your sunblock and never, ever smoke.
good luck, beautiful.

Maybe use green or pink eyeshadow, wear a sheer pink gloss, and just make your skin look a little rosier with blush. Rub lotion on your skin every day, make sure it has SPF of at least 30 even if its in winter... my friends redhead, fair mom has stiches in her back from skin cancer.
