If you go out to a shop, you can get a tarot card reading for fairly cheap. They range from $5 to $35; very few people charge more than that. I recommend a reading in person, since any of those who read 'professionally' will tell you that part of the way the cards work is through having you touch and shuffle them.
There are multiple types of readings; you can get a small one, which is immediate-future oriented, or a larger one that will focus on your past, present, and future.
As far as I know, there's no age limit on tarot readings.

my sister is into that sort of thing and you can buy a deck and give yourself a reading. they range from 5-30 dollars around, for the age im not sure if they have a age limit on them. but i do know theres websites with tarot card readings with webcams a lot of them are for free, there might be some that charge. if your from california theres tons of shops here where you can walk in and get any kind of reading. good luck on your quest to get a reading.

I got one when I was 16. It was like $5. It depends on where you live, how plentiful readers are, etc. For example, in New Orleans, you can't charge very much for one since there are hundreds.
