If I interpret your dream correctly, your uncle represents the volcano located by your house, and the underlying theme is that you should sacrifice the puppies to the volcano itself. If done correctly, everything will be in balance, salt will stay white, pepper will stay black, etc, etc.

Dreams can mean many things. To help you out more i need full detail in the dream, i have been analyzing dreams for many years and a little more information would be helpful. But here's the basics. Now first, I will assume that your uncle has set you on fire:
This could mean that you have a temper problem towards your Uncle. Now this doesn't mean your actual uncle, in dreams uncles represent mainly either your family heritage or traits, or new ideas and emerging awareness, this could mean that a temper problem runs through your family or that through new ideas, you gain temper problems. Moving on. I don't know much about the puppies you are saying but here's my analysis.Puppies can stand for new emerging ideas. I think that that is this case, they are representing the new ideas.
