I have never done it. It is a spiritual thing, so you have to be in the right state of mind. If there is any doubt, it won't happen for you. People like Jesus were able to do things like this because they believed and were thankful before they ever tried to accomplish something.

Yes.....it was already moving to start with, and I was kind of buzzed on ' Mountain Mana ', I gestured, focusing my will, and it moved some more.....
