I have no compassion for Saddam, but I didn't want to see him made a martyr!
I have compassion for the Iraqi's we have killed or were killed because of us illegally attacking Iraq! 25,000 of our own military have been killed or wounded and we are making terrorist by the day in a country that had none before we got there!
Where is your overwhelming compassion for the 3, 248 brought home in body bags from Iraq! For what? Saddam was no terrorist and not one Iraqi had anything to do with 9/11! A lot of people to die to make 500 millionaires!
Where is your logic of attacking Iraq? You haven't any and we know it! And a good economy for some is not the answer!

The ones who have compassion for Saddam and hatred for Bush - they are the ones who have not had a severe ***-beating in a very long time. They have forgotten or never knew what it's like to have a very real threat to their lives.
They are also the same ones that ridiculed Bush for not doing more to stop the 911 bombings. Now he's doing alot to stop the threat, and they can't stand that either. They don't know what they want, so they demand everything and are happy with nothing.

I don't know a single Dem who has any compassion for Saddam or his 2 sons. I do know a lot of Repubs and Dems who are pissed off at all the blatant lies that the Bush administration told us as reasons for invading Iraq. A VERY big difference. I see you're not too good at comprehending even the most obvious of differences.

do you ever get out of the house and actually talk to people because there is NO OVERWHELMING LIBERAL COMPASSION? (at best there are maybe 10 people on Yahoo Answers with some compassion and a few in San Fran)

it was just inhuman the way they did it. they should of had bush along side him. bush has yet to prove Saddam had any weapons of mas destruction. buds only went in there because Saddam tried having his father killed. it was a vendetta on bush's part.

It is very illogical.
Saddam would have killed them in a heartbeat, but they feel sorry for him.
And they call for the deaths of our President and Vice President.
