i am a student studying in 12th ,and want to know about the all the degree required for the above profession .and would also like to know which one is better.help

I suggest you contact professional career guidance people or educational councelor to see career best suited to your nature and then decide about the same.

Management is a better option. More chances of employment. Although Public Relation could be also good. Select the one which interests you most. You have to love what you will be doing everyday of your career, later in life. Employment and money considerations should not be the priority.

It is better U should go to BBA after that MBA. It has wide scope in coming years,as MNC people coming to INDIA. The commercial management has got more scope. By the by U can do IAS, it is possible. So think twice, go head. All the best. HAPPY EVER LAST NEW YEAR.
