I always check before I go, so, I wouldn't use the public potty.

I won't need toilet paper in a public toilet in the first place and if I did, I carry tissues with me all the time.

Hold my pee or sh*t and go straight home and rest in my own
Private restroom, where I know I can take my time and I know
I would have toilet paper. Besides I really don't use public rest
rooms because they are dirty and germs all over.

I never use paper myself, I've got a hose. So much cleaner.
