I and my wife moved 6 months back to canada. She delivered a baby girl here in canada 2 months back. What can i do if she takes back the baby with her to some different country where i do not want to go ? Can i give her divorce ? if so what can be the burden on me ?

Since you have custody as well as her, you can claim she has abducted your baby, & make arrangements to divorce her. You can have it stated in your divorce settlement how far each of you can take the child. With my divorce settlement, neither him nor I can move or bring the children further than 100 miles.

Even if you dont have any serious issues with her you can divorce her without her consent. If you divorce her you have to pay her alimony until she remarries and you have to give child support to your child until the age of 18 years.
