Wow! That would be horrible! Unfortunately, by law you are required to pay child support for any biological children that you have(if it is pursued). You would more than likely be able to fight this in court, and at the least have to pay only the bare minimum for child support. I would definitely file a report against the woman though so that you have some back record to show that she did rape you. It will help you a lot in the long run and possibly get her charged.

It's not common for a man to be raped by a woman, but i suppose it could happen. I'm sorry if it really happened to you. If a woman gets pregnant as a result of rape, she may choose to keep the baby because a baby is innocent and needs to be taken care of. The baby is your child regardless of any circumstances.
Besides, you can't prove that a woman raped you, it's hard enough proving when a man rapes a woman. You just have to
do what is right, and support your child. I would get a paternity test.

an same DNA attempting out that proved her baby wasn't her boyfirend's might want to proved the baby isn't Bob's. so that's the organic next step. the problem is, Bob were given really less than the effect of alcohol and alcohol (and alcoholism, for that be counted) can really wreak havoc on diverse lives - that's why ingesting isn't such an off-the-cuff pastime. What if Bob had as a change been driving a vehicle previously he lapsed into unconsciousness. The alcohol poisoning got here from ingesting too a lot, not from undesirable alcohol. He became vomiting - he would have died choking in his own vomit. at the same time as Bob would were a 'sufferer' from the way this tale is advised, useless less than the effect of alcohol habit has effects. possibly the baby is Bob's and he might want to take care of those effects. in case you imagine that he might want to take the mummy to courtroom to plead that he's innocent and became 'raped,' nicely, a criminal specialist would allow you to recognize what his probability is of succeeding with the priority you descibed. I agree Bob is in vast hassle and had he been unsleeping, perchance it does not have handed off. yet in a courtroom of regulation, i'm particular the case will be made that if he became so completely less than the effect of alcohol, he would basically have had sex for the relaxing of it, besides. Alcohol and no protection - sound like a accepted tale? i'm sorry for the guy. i am hoping issues exercising consultation, specially for the coolest thing about the baby. The DNA try will tell.

Well if a man can prove that he was indeed raped by a woman resulting in her getting pregnant then child support wouldn't really be an issue anymore. It'd be a case of custody because the woman more than likely would be in prison.

This is just in the state of Mississippi, probably. But here it is LEGALLY impossible for a woman to rape a man. I'm not sure how they figure that, though. Basically what they think is, unless she straps on a dildo and does him up the bum, it's not really causing him pain... or something. It's lame, and doesn't make sense. But with that in mind. Since a man can't be raped by a woman in Mississippi, that would make it consensual sex(-.- Jeez my state sucks), and thus if she got pregnant, he WOULD have to pay child support.

Probably not if the alleged rape was reported to the police, charges laid and a proper legal paper trail laid at the time of the incident. But if these steps weren't taken in a timely manner and he just wants to get out of child support now (my guess!) I'd say it's highly unlikely he would get out of paying to support his child.

bring charges against the woman..when she has the baby, sue for custody of the child. If a woman raped a man/boy they can claim ANYTHING on them. Mainly because it's hard to prove a female of raping a male victom. And if she takes you to court over child support without that report against you...YOU'RE screwed BIG TIME!!

probably so because face it in this society it is pretty hard to prove that a woman raped a man, and do you realize how many men that didn't want to pay child support to someone they were never married to may come up and start saying well she raped me

With American Society the way it is, you can bet your *** you would be paying child support. Women claim equality but yea, they go and do something like this and they are the victim. Then it comes down to the poor child, and how you were responsible for it because it was your seed.

Oh yea, 18 years man, 18 years......

No, if it was an act of rape and she got pregnant she would be arrested for rape and the child would be taken away from her after she gave birthin prison and put into foster care and possibly adopted.
