It is abnormal, you are taller than the average adult let alone 15 year olds, but the good news is there is the NBA out there.
Go out and sharpen your basketball skills!!

Many guys reach their final height your age, or as late as 21. So much depends on genetics. Do you shave? Have lots of pubic hair, a pleasure trail starting up toward your navel? These are signs you are nearing the end of puberty. Best for you is to talk to your male family members: dad, brothers if any, first cousins and uncles and find out when they quit growing--also look how big they are. If everyone else are 6-8, you might grow more. If most of them are under 6 ft, you are probably near your peak.
As far as being normal/abnormal: you are certainly above "average height" but so what. Average height in males is about 5'8 barefoot, though many sources say it is 5'10 which is bull.
. Remember that taller guys are shown to be more successful career wise, and tend to be better at getting tall, attractive girls!

You are already taller than most grown men, but I wouldn't call that "abnormal." Boys grow at different rates.
You may grow a couple more inches, or you may not. Some boys stop around 15; some keep growing until they're almost 20.
