Not a problem, really, since most of those that die will be in third world countries, living in crowded conditions with no ready access to a hospital. There will be plenty of survivors. Mainly us in wealthy countries who have good access to heathcare.
81 million isn't too much compared to the world population of 6 billion.
Rest assured, all the politicians have already had immunisations and have secure isolation chambers ready for themselves and their families. They will happily run the world for those of us that are left.

I like to think (and
the sooner the better!)
of a cybernetic meadow
where mammels and computers
live together in mutually
programming harmony
like pure water
touching clear sky.

I like to think
(right now, please!)
of a cybernetic forest
filled with pines and electronics
where deer stroll peacefully
past computers
as if they were flowers
with spinning blossoms.

I like to think
(it has to be!)
of a cybernetic ecology
where we are free of our labors
and joined back to nature,
returned to our mammal
brothers and sisters,
and all watched over
by machines of loving grace.

You got it wrong. It's the H5N1, not HN51. So I guess your chicken isn't too threatening after all. SNAP!
