See those two little computers in your task bar? bottom right of your screen. RIGHT click on that icon and you'll see a menu come up. choose status and then the details tab. at the bottom of that box you will see your IP address. as for Xbox IP I do not know. But your IP for your computer is as said above.

Kindly do this steps to find your computer's IP address:
Press Start, Click on Run then on the command line type CMD.
Once you're in the DOS mode, or Terminal, type ipconfig:

Click the Start Icon at the bottom left of your screen. Click the Run Icon. Type cmd and click OK. At the prompt type ipconfig and press enter. If you want click the source link and scroll down a little. In my opinion this is a killer site.
