No, bovine meat = beef
The term cow is in common usage as any bovine, not just a female.

They are made out of beef; just don't ask what part of the cow they're made out of.
They would probably use Roo meat. I hear those things are like pests Down Under.
Or pork patties.
Or we'd live on chicken patties.

The same thing that's in there now... other stuff. Like you, I don't believe it either. One of the numerous reasons I no longer eat fast food. I like to be certain that what I am eating is of nature... and not created in a lab somewhere or any number of random NOT BEEF ingredients arbitrarily tossed together.

Simple taste test. Cook up a burger in your backyard. Eat it. Note taste of said burger. Then go to Mcdonalds. Eat one of thier burgers. Note taste. Profoundly different. If cows did not exist they would continue to have mostly soy in thier burgers. and sawdust.

If I had to imagine the space food NASA eats, I'd imagine it tasting like McDonald's. just plain nasty. but I suppose they'd use chicken.

it wouldnt matter to mcdonalds if cows exsisted or not. they don't use them in their hamburgers. they use old races horses that are 'retired' because they are cheaper then cows are. true story.
