Suppose, I'm the outsider who want to invade your place and property. Now what are you going to do? Will you stay calm or try to protect yourself?
Saddam ofcourse a war criminal. Because, being a dectator, he killed so many people of his own country. He should hang by the law of his country. But we all know that what is going on there, there is no such an Iraqi government. So, the judgement was totally illigal.
On the otherside, Bush is the responsible person for the deaths of both Iraqi and the American and also many corresponders from all over the world. He is president who ordered to invade Iraqi at any cost. People of Iraqi, whom we called the terrorists are just trying to keep their homeland free from the invader. And this causes deaths everyday. That's why Bush is also a war criminal.

Saddam was publicly, a more evil man. He is known for many bad things (as were his sons). However, Bush has commited more crimes and has killed more people; of our own also. Bush is the Criminal that should be punished. Although I don't believe Saddam is great and should walk free, I'd rather him walk free than Bush. Bush has bad intentions, is sneaky about them and has more range to do them. Many people in the Middle East would prefer to have Saddam back, than have us there. That has to mean something.

It is true that George bush has committed crimes against humanity but but you cannot hang him as he is the president of USA (even if you do not address him so). Now you must have understood the difference between developed countries and developing countries. Countries which are developed can exercise their power on the developing countries. However i think that george bush is feeling as if he is the only person who can get rid of terrorism in this world. That is why he is acting like that. I still wonder why he has got a second term as president of USA. Maybe he has done no mistakes other than declaring wars on other countries. Going by the present events, I think that Pakistan is next in line for an attack by USA ( George Bush)

Bush may and I mean may have committed some sort of crime or did something wrong perhaps he should get punished nothing like death or even jail overall I think bush is doing great and I do not think he has broken any real guidelines.
But you cannot compare him even for a second to Saddam. Saddam has committed hundreds of crimes in his first years of rule far far worse ones then any bush may have committed. There is probably things Saddam has done that we do not even know about. And its not all Saddam his sons raped , killed , tortured along with him and his top soldiers or Dictators.
I do not know for sure if this is true but I heard about it in a history class that Saddam would make a school teacher select a female student for Saddam's sexual pleasure and if the teacher did not pick a student her life and family's life would be in jeopardy.
Now even if bush is wrong one things for sure nothing he has done even compares to Saddam's least most dirty deeds.

Bush hasn't committed any crimes, and Saddam committed hundreds of thousands of murders. That's a real easy question. Not sure why you had to come to Y/A to get an answer.

Saddam had almost 40 years to commit his crimes. The president has spent less than 30 days in Iraq. Bush hasn't personally raped and killed anyone. Saddam did (as did his sons). Bush hasn't dropped chemical weapons on villages of people that oppose him. Saddam did. Statistics show that around 600,000 people have died since 2003. Unfortunately for you Bush haters, of that number only about 12% (just under 50,000) were caused by U.S. intervention. The rest were killed by other Iraqis (insurgents, death squads, etc.). Don't forget that number killed by U.S. intervention includes insurgents killed by U.S. troops over a 3 year period. Lets not forget the Israelis killed by suicide bombers who were induced by money from Saddam (bounties to the families of suicide bombers) to blow themselves up in Israeli shopping malls (story cited below). President Bush hasn't done any of these things.

I wonder where the heck you people get your news and information. Do you only read and absorb what someone else tells you?
Were any of you old enough to see little Kurdish kids lying in the street, gassed in their mother's arms? Show me one thing that Bush compares with that.
Have any of you seen the pictures of thousands of bodies of innocent civilians being tossed naked into pits, then lime thrown on them? Again, where has the U.S. pulled that.
You people have NO CONCEPT as to what a war criminal is, and you should be happy for it.
Most of you probably don't even know the last Chancellor of Germany during WWII was not executed as a war criminal, and even had Nimitz stand up for him.
Get a clue before you start spouting off idiotic questions.

More or less does not matter....
If he has committed any crimes, (and I believe someone earlier gave a complete run down of a number of them), he should be tried for them.
But is anyone in government REALLY talking about doing this? Or are all of them so "dirty" in one way or another that they don't dare?
Isn't it funny that we can waste millions of tax dollars to find out what Bill did with a cigar, and even try to impeach him for his little white lie (one that ANY husband would tell when caught in the act...), but no one is seriously trying to go after a war criminal who sits at the head of this "democracy"???

The whole world, with a few exceptions, thinks of Bush as a ...
That answers your question.
