WELL MY DEAR THE FIRST SIGNS OF PREGNANCY ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1-MISSED PERIOD
2-TENDER BREAST
3-MOODINESS
4-TIREDNESS
5-MORNING SICKNESS
6-INCREASE IN URINATION

A change in color of your nipples, sore nipples, missed period, unusual pimples on your face, mood swings, nausea, vomiting and a change in taste. Some may not apply to you, every woman and every pregnancy is different. Also, if you've never had childeren before, you may notice a change in the shape of your hips.

The only sign I had was a missed period, I didn't have any other symptoms until I was about 6 weeks.
