Bluetooth Wireless USB Adapter model GBU221 Range 20 meters or 66 feet which ever you want go by. The company who made it is IOGEAR. My question is is there any way change something in the setting meaning is there any software trick that I can boost the range and boost it radio frequency or I have take the case part and mess around in it if. Please tell me in plain english step by step. SO IF YOU DONT KNOW OR WANT MAKE A SMARTASS REMARK DONT EVEN MATTER TO REPLY.

No, there is not. The transmitter/receiver chip is at its highest gain for bluetooth.

No. Though most bluetooth "dongles" that you would plug into a computer do come with USB connectors, that does NOT mean that all USB devices such as mice are bluetooth compatible. Generally, if the device doesn't have a little blue B on it, it isn't Bluetooth compatible.

No. You can however add a booster along the way to increase the distance transmitted.
