Actually I would rather wake up to the sound of another person breathing. I have had enough silence for ten life times.

Yes! When I was married to my first hubby I woke up to him screaming at our children. I jumped out of the bed, grabbed the deer gun and ran into the dining room where they were. When he saw me cock the gun he headed through the kitchen and out the back door. I shoot and hit the garage next door. Do not even look at me for at least an hour after I wake up if you want to live, lol.

Not exactly...I love waking up to the sounds of nature, like the wind or the rain. I haven't woken up to that in quite a long time.....

I ALWAYS wake up to silence. I'm practically deaf!
It's wonderful.

I will hate very much to wake up to noise. Noise rudely disturbs my sleep. When its silent, it's peaceful and I feel clear headed.
