Life should be lived with the expectation of going to heaven (or any greater place beyond the here and now) by being the best you can be each and every day - by acknowledging the fact you were not you best when that occurs and overcoming that which caused you not to be your best.

We should do all things to the golry of God....therefore we should constantly be seeking guidance from the Lord through His Word and alone time with Him. Jesus does not promise a life without pain, but does promise He knows what is best for us. Trusting my creator is the best way to go in my eyes.

I agree that you should get to know Jesus, except Him as your Savior. I think that He gave us this life to live it to the fullest. Enjoy every single day. Be respectful and honest to other human beings and just go for it. Live without fear or regret.

we should always strive to do the best we can. work hard, love hard play hard and give respect to every living thing. Mother Theresa said that the most important thing she ever did was show respect to the poor "untouchables". She didn't always have food or medicine to give them but she always gave them respect. I find it very challenging to do this; but I will keep trying.
