Everytime my bos come out about something about the girls attitudes ( yes they broked the rules), my close friend at work always report it to my bos, then my bos will set a meeting to discuss the issue....the worst thing is that my other co-worker think that it was my idea to report them.. which absolutly not, i even never discuss those kinda thing with my best friend, but i get tired everytime they point at me as her close friend....i dont what to do....please help with solution....????

Your tattling co-worker is a spy and what she is doing is telling the boss things to make herself look reliable. She is a sabotager and you must watch your back. As for your other co-workers, if they asks admit that it is NOT YOU telling but they should know who is.
Your so-called friend is not to be trusted. She has an ulterior motive BUT as they say, what goes around comes around.. She will get hers soon.
Try an stay clear of her. She is bad news and she is doing things to distract the boss b/c really she is the bad one.
