Only 1 person has mentioned the name Emmy (so far). My name is Emmy. Just Emmy. It is not short for anything. I personally get compliments on my name ALL THE TIME! everyone is always very impressed that it is Emmy alone. Also, it is not very common as you can see from some of the other suggestions. I have only met one other Emmy in my life (I am 23) and she doesn't even spell it like mine. hers is Emi, which is also pretty in my opinion. Good Luck!

All of the e names I can think of are already listed (but Edy, short for Eden is my favorite as it's my cat's name).

Try www.zoope.com for some really different, ethnic names that might not come up on regular baby name sites.

Congrats and good luck!
