It may not be the greatest.. but I'd gladly trade both Superman III and IV for it any day of the week!!

I thought it started off strong, especially the scene where he saves the Shuttle from crashing into the stadium. Just a classic Superman type moment. Unfortunately, it got kind of silly with his "son" and started to feel like a family melodrama. 2 1/2 stars

Weird, I just got done watching that movie a couple of hours ago... but I actually liked it, which is pretty weird, because I've never really been a fan of Superman, and I've always thought that his outfit was pretty cheesy...anyway, I thought it was pretty good, I thought the whole little kid thing was really interesting.

I think it was very prescriptive, it could have been brought more up to date or made more comic. As it was it didn't keep my attention.
It was too slow.
