i can do a jumprope with my arms like behind my back & over my head w/o letting go and i can twist my arm around
what can you do?

No, I'm not but I think it would be an advantage to doing the splits. My daughter is double-jointed. I just wonder though, whether there is anything you should be careful about - like maybe weakening the joints? Professional advice might be a good idea.

I am double jointed. I can bend back my fingers really far, twist my arms in various ways, and stand on my toes like a ballerina.

actually, there is something that is very interesting about me I am double jointed in my back i can put my head underneath my legs and bring my head around my legs and my head is all the way up its kinda confusing!I am also double jointed inmy thumb!

Oh i am not, But my sister is OMG, it makes me cringe at some of the stuff she can do. She can bend her finger all the way back so they are lying FLAT against her hand. and she can do her arms in a circle, oh i have to stop now, for some reason it wigs me out thinking about it

No, but my brother is. He can twist his arm in a complete 360 degrees - it looks real nasty, but funny!!!

I am.I can take my arms from my front together to my back together without letting go.When I was younger,I thought it was normal until my aunt told me it wasn't.
