Gore and Dayne. Gore is an every-week starter this year, and this last week's game is as much of a statement game that the Niners are back in contention in the NFC West as anything.
Dayne is auditioning for the starter role next year, is facing a weak line, and is coming off a career day last week, so go with him.
Brown's been injured, and the Colts will likely be trying to prove they can stop the run at all costs going into the playoffs.

Many are predicting Dayne to have a decent game, however I believe the Browns have nothing to prove and will generally just worry about not getting hurt, forget about actually winning, the 49ers are trying to prove they're a young team true, but they can make a deifference still and be solid for next year, Gore has had 4 straight 100 yard games and I look for him to run hardd and again have a solid game with about 95 yards 2 tds, Brown is coming off an injury and he appears to be back a bit early then he is ready

I say Brown and Dayne. Gore is facing a very tough Denver defense, but Brown and Dayne face poor Colts and Cleveland run defenses.... The colts never at one point during the season showed they could stop the run

Brown because he might not get tackled all game against the Colts D, and Gore because he is always a stud and should be a big part of the Niners' offense.

Brown and Gore, both are strong backs. Indy really has no run def. And Gore has just been a beast.
