What are shoes that have those lights that come on and off every time a person walks called. You know, the kind of shoes little kids like to wear. Also, whats the end of a shirt called, where the hands protrude from?

Cuffs for the shirt and as for the shoes, they are usually called light up shoes. If your looking for a kid then skechers has a great selection.

I dont know about the shoes, but for the shirt it would be cuffs. Cuffs are at the ends of your sleeves.

i doubt that there's a specific name for the lights on shoes, but its cuffs for your shirt.
