Build unity by making 45% of people move from their native country to a new country and then make English the world language and everyone must use it. Then I'd make a body of representatives consisting of 3 people from each culture/nation to make decisions for that nation while 5 individuals from that nation were allowed to override those decisions with 20 people allowed to override the 5 decision makers while all 28 would equally represent a nation in the Unity All Congress which will have to answer for its directives in the Truth Council and the Truth Council will forward the decisions of the UA Congress to be voted on electronically by the people of the world.........and I'd travel the world for shits and giggles cause I'd be insanely rich and wouldn't need to rule, just collect the dividends.

I would get rid of all who are committing genocide, raping, child molesters, serial killers & the like. They would all be "disappered". Universal Medical Care would be instituted. All lobbyists would be given a choice get a real job or be shot! After that nomore lobbyists. Mexico's government would have one chance to straighten itslef up or be replaced by people I choose. There is no reason for anyone to be that poor in counrty with that much money comming in. There would be a world wide minimum wage that the people in any publicly held office will have to live on as well as everyone else. I can hear them screaming all ready!!!!! So many ideas, I am getting tired of typing tho.

I can't remember what T.V show it was, but there were no men, so the poor women reverted back to d*amn dark ages in their absence. You know, churning butter by hand and shearing sheep for clothing. To pass law that not a single new episode of any Japanese anime would ever be shown unless I see it and approve it first. Then when that's passed, I would go to the other less personal stuff like world peace, poverty, yadda, yadda, yadda. I just really wanna get over the anime thing first.

ive concidered world domination (nonseriously) heavily. i now am aware of an excellent method to rise to power and maintain it. the first way to do this however is mostly through cooperation and unification of excisting powers which would become large dominant states. i havnt given much though to just being handed over power. myprocess creates most of its reforms in the process of forming a unified planet.
