Any non-drunken events in philly for new years? Or some place fun that has something else to do besides drink?

My friend and I would like to do something/ go someplace where drinking is not the primary activity for new years in philly.... any suggestions? OR a bar that is cheap, fun, and you can still hear the other person talk

instead why don't you have your own little party at your place invite some of your close friends over play games and stuff its alot of fun ! have a variety of drinks beside beer ex. coke Sprite stuff like that then watch the ball drop on the TV get sparklers noise makers things like that its sure to be a blast!
