...and you don't know what to do? I mean, you regret not turning left when you turned right, or you should have done what you did not do, and now you are lost, disappointed, scared and wish you could start over again? I try to look to the future and forget the past, but it is not easy. How do you do it?

Yeah I am right there with you. But there is nothing I can do about the past. I can only take the lessons and experience and use them. Of course I wish I could start over but I can't. I just have to dig in and get to where I want to be. If you set up a plan with lots of minis goals to reach one big goal, that helps me. Because if I look at the big picture I get overwhelmed and don't see a point in trying. But if I break it down into bite sizes I boost my confidence and feel accomplished. I hope this can help you. It is one of the worst feelings in the world. Almost numbing. Good luck and take care.

Yes all the time.Thats growing pains,I accept the outcome no matter how rough it seems cause...it could always be worse.I Keep in mind that bad times don't last forever.That's how I do it.

at one point of my life i felt that way...then i got back in the saddle and straightened myself out and made an entire new life for myself..you do it by finding your inner strength, understanding who you really are, what you want out of life and making a solid plan to achieve your goals
and don't look back..the past is just what it is..the past..look forward and not behind and learn to forgive yourself for any of your past mistakes or indiscretions

I know what you mean I have alot of those days were nothing is ever right so it makes me wonder about my life
