Breasts can never look to big and 34g is perfect in my eyes

My sister wears a 44 DDD in a bra--now that is way too big. One of her breasts is bigger than my 5 year old sons head

When it causes medical problems such as back problems and damage to the underlying chest muscles. It sounds like yours may fall into that category. You need a very good supportive bra, and even then your shoulders would probably start aching from the weight.

It depends on your body frame. That does seem extremely large. If it causes you upper and lower back pain, it might be time to talk about reduction. But if you are overweight, I don't know if you are or not, it would be best to try to just lose weight first, because if you reduce them and then lose weight later, you might regret it.
Your best bet would be to discuss this with a doctor. I wish you luck.

I think it depends on your body frame. A tiny girl wont look good with huge boobs, but a larger frame girl it does not look so bad on. Also, If you have back pain they are definately too big

They are too big when you are having pain and/or your bra is making marks in your shoulders.
For the men who are saying bigger breasts are usually fat, she is a 34. Thats not fat.

Please don't get me wrong here but I'd love to see a nice picture of you before a go into detail here. I am a man who really enjoys a woman with a large cup size but the sad thing is, most men forget about the rest of a woman.

That size sound pretty large but hey if you can manage OK with them that's all that counts.

boobs that big can be hot if the rest of you is normal size, but usually girls who have boobs that big are overweight, and being overweight is what isn't very attractive. It would help if you gave your height/weight. the 34 part sounds pretty good though. I'd have to see a pic to make an accurate comment

When they cuz your body to hurt- such as back pain. Then they're to big!
