Dick Cheney hailed President Gerald Ford for pardoning Richard Nixon during funaral cerimonies. Cheney said: "Gerald Ford was almost alone in understanding that there can be no healing without pardon."

The American clearly felt betrayed when Ford pardoned Nixon and showed it by overwhelming support for his Presidential opponent in the next elections.

Purhaps Cheney is trying to make a case for why the next President of the United States should pardon him and Bush when they are braught up on charges of violating the civil rights of the American People.

with a view to compliment a pardon, first against the regulation could be committed. Cheney grow to be giving tribute to Ford's forethought in pardoning Nixon. Ford pardoned Nixon and sacrificed any desire of reelection he had with a view to maintain the respect of the workplace of the President of america. Cheney possibly thought, as I do, that it grow to be a noble element to do.

When I first saw that Cheney had "hailed" Ford's Pardon of Nixon I thought it was a phony headline from "The Onion." Pretty soon they won't even have to make them up,
