I say no soda...you can order a salad that's 'fast food'...and an ice tea or water or juice....sometimes you just don't have time to eat anything else...and you always wanna go with the easiest resolution you can...

Which is not drinking soda...because really...water is everywhere and it's free...for the most part....

It really just depends on how motivated you are.
Is no fast food really realistic for your lifestyle? I mean, yes you could cut out fast food, but would you really stick with that resolution. I think no pop soda would be something that you could really hold to. Yes - Fast food would be wonderful to get rid of (i mean think of how healthy you would be), but I think you would be able to stick with the no soda rather than the no fast food :) but like I said, it just depends on how motivated you are.

Months, city the place I stay in Italy would not have any speedy nutrition places. i might give up into one if i'm out in between the cities that does have speedy nutrition with somebody else that desires to go, yet there are various greater effective techniques here. i'm lots greater possibly to visit between the sluggish nutrition places that save the classic meals and guidance procedures alive here. i do no longer purchase soda pop - I somewhat lots stick to water, juices and wine.

Try both. None are good for you. Fast food makes you fat, soda takes the water from your body and hurts your bones.

both and at the same time niether. if you tell yourself you wont eat/drink something period your more likely to drink/eat it, AND when you do, your more likely to gorge. so you should opt to eat less fast food and drink less soda. it's a one day a time thing. when given the choice, choose water over soda and the sandwhich shop over the burger place. but when you DO eat fast food or drink soda, DONT feel guilty about it. and dont supersize. ooo and watch the movie 'supersize me' chances are it'll gross you out so bad that you wont want to eat fast food anymore.
