The most graphic sex in a rated R movie was Eyes Wide Shut. That scene where Nicole Kidman's getting pounded by the fantasy guy she's describing to her husband? Yow.

Most spatter movies try to be gory but are just goofy. The worst I've seen is the opening moments of Saving Private Ryan. To think stuff like that REALLY happens. Yuck.

Bob Guccione's "Caligula" takes top honours for me...not much language and drugs...but it more than makes up for what it doesn't have...by what it does have...
Good Grief!!
It is not a movie...but an experience...
Malcolm McDowell sizzles as the out of control Gaius Germanicus Caligula.
..brutal...and unforgettable...

The remake of The Hills Have Eyes. There isn't much that phases me with movies, but wow that movie was very disturbing.
