I have a iPod shuffle, and a iPod Videdo 30gb. The comp. I first used with them is a Dell PC, and now I am trying to use my iBook with iTunes and my iPods. Its not workng!! So...I was wondering if its possibul to use the apple iBook insted of my windows....even though I started with my Dell

And...when i plug ether iPod in to the iBook, the iPod says do not dissconnect, and the iBook Freezes

don't worry. it is. in fact, when apple designed the ipods, they were very hopeful. you may already know this, but there is a feature that ipods have called "disk mode" in this mode you can put files- say a word document on the ipod. and then you can transfer it to other computers. or-*cough* use it to *cough* share music with friends computers. if you go to apple.com and go to the support section, or go to www.apple.com/switch you can find help for people who have made the beautiful transfer from windows to mac. one of the help sections is how to transfer your music from a windows format ipod to a mac format ipod. this was a wise move for apple to make. when they created the ipod they were hoping that it's innovation would help show windows users that mac's aren't as bad as what people thought. the ipod has helped people move from pc's to macs.
